Lion enamel piece is set in a handmade sterling silver frame. Small decorative stamps embellish the frame. The frame measures 1-1/2" x 1". A faceted sapphire is suspended from the lion. The bezel set sapphire measures 1/2" x 3/8". The pendant is attached to an 18", adjustable, handmade sterling silver link chain with lobster clasp. The necklace is patina finished.
The lion is a very diverse symbol. His traits evoke courage, strength yet here has such a calm relaxed feeling.
